PROZ Z3500 TOM
Plastomeric Modified Bituminous Waterproofing Membrane

Proz Z3500 TOM is atactic poly proylene (APP) modified bitumen-based waterproofing membrane with non-woven polyester felt reinforcement with sand broadcast and natural mineral granulate finish. The underside has a thin polyethylene burn-off film for easy application. It can be applied to wood, metal and concrete substrates including over existing bitumen roofing membranes. Weight: ~4.5 kg/m²
 

USES:

Waterproofing membrane for:

• Retaining walls and basements
• Flat roofs under protective layers or ballast
• Balconies and terraces under tiles
• Wet areas
• Underground car parks
• Raft slabs
• As a top sheet in a double layer roofing system protection of various substrates in a wide range of applications
